My Computer Is Down

Well it happened, my computer is down. I guess that I will have to wait for my new power supply to come in. Right now I'm using my PDA to enter this. I'm gald I still have it and wifi.

Power Supply Problems

Today when I went to boot up my computer I had a problem getting it to start. I tried pressing the power button and nothing would happen. It took a few tries and pulling out the power cord a few times and then I finnally had a working computer. At that point in time I didn't give it much thought. I knew something was wrong, but wasn't sure what. Well after some time my computer just shut off. At that point I knew that I had a problem. After some time messing around, I got it back up and running for now at least.

The problem is my power supply is going. So I have to get a new one and I found a great deal at ZipZoomFly.com. You can also find the power supply I got here.

No Trespassing

In order to get that great shot of the Delaware, I had to ignore a no trespassing sign. I didn't see anyone around, so I walked right passed the no trespassing sign and took my shot. I'm just lucky that I wasn't shot. Nothing happened, so I think it was worth it. When I was finished with my pictures, I got myself right out of there. I'm just glad it was far away from home in NY state. Not to bad for a ride right after work.

A Sunday ride

Today was the first day in two weeks that I was able to go on a nice long ride. I just hope that the weather stays like this. I need more days like today before it gets cold.

I also ran into two other guys that I've seen before. They said that they are brothers. The pair also sang the blues quite a bit. Strange, isn't it? 

I didn't look very hard, but I found Manny, Moe & Jack.

Forever Gone

Today I watched the old Minooka Bank come down. I wonder what will go up in its place. Who knows maybe another bank. I wouldn't doubt it. Two houses were also ripped down next to the old bank. I have a feeling that it won't be a long wait to see what goes up in their place.

I may have changed my mind about ghosts!

It's strang but this link may have really changed my mind about ghosts. It's from a car commercial that was filmed a few years ago. It never saw the air, in fact the people who filmed this ad were very frightened by what they had seen.

You have to watch the car closely halfway into the commercial. It is very easy to see, but if you blink you may miss it.

Emulators

For some time now I have been playing around with emulators. I have some that can emulate everything from the Atari 2600 to arcade machines. The memories that they bring back. I can remember when I first got my Atari, it was the greatest thing. Now I look back on the old graphics and think how bad they were. The graphics may have been bad, but the games were a lot of fun (and still are).
